Our wine dinner series: The French Meat Up

We are excited to present a new series of wine dinners this November at New Street Grill!

Throughout the series of monthly  dinners, our Wine Manager Tanguy Martin will be hand selecting his favourite wines from around the world to accompany the meat focused menu. Head Chef Joginder Dham will be preparing a three-course feast, showcasing New Street Grill’s quality cuts and delicious meat from our favourite suppliers.

We are kicking off the series on Tuesday 26th November at 7pm as we celebrate all things French!

To kick things off enjoy canapés on arrival (pork crackling & salmon blinis)

Then to start, indulge in chef’s deep fried duck & pork rillettes, cornichons & Salmon gravadlax, garnished classically, grilled sourdough. This will be paired with ‘Les Gendrines, Viognier, Pierre Gaillard, Northern Rhone, 2018’

Then enjoy ourJosper grilled onglet, caramelised onions, gratin dauphinoise, winter greens. This will be paired with the following two wines:

‘Vacqueyras, Les Garrigues, D.Montirius, Southern Rhone, 2016’

‘Saint-Joseph, Cuvee du Papy, Stephane Montez, Northern Rhone, 2016’

Finish the evening on a high with our crème brule paired with ‘Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, Guillaume Gonnet, Southern Rhone 2017’
