Sirloin steak with Montréal seasoning (ideal for barbecues!)


4 x 200g sirloin steak

For the seasoning:

1/2 tbsp Paprika

1/2 tbsp Cracked black pepper

1/2 tbsp Salt

1 tsp Granulated garlic powder

1 tsp Whole coriander seeds

1 tsp Crushed chilli flake

1 tsp Dried dill


Using a pestle and mortar grind down all the seasoning ingredients to a fine powder.  Then marinate the steaks for at least an hour with a little olive oil before cook on a barbecue.

For best results cook medium rare.
