A New Street Supper Club: Nose To Tail

This February we are going the whole ‘hog’ at New Street!

On Friday 1st February join us at New Street Grill as we host our very own Nose To Tail supper club.

As D&D London launches it’s ‘Waste not, want more’ campaign this January, with a focus on food waste and sustainable eating, our skilled chefs will be creating a supper club menu taking all cuts of lamb, even those usually unwanted, and turning them into something special- celebrating the whole beast!

After breaking down the whole lamb we will be  serving a 3 courses menu featuring the below dishes:

Canape’Crispy lamb sweetbread, basil emulsion, black truffle

wine: 50ml Verdelho, Madeira, Blandy’s, Portugal 10YO

Starter: Lamb cutlets, burnt onion puree, purple kale

wine: 125ml Cabernet-Franc, Dolomite, Raats Familly, Stellenbosch, South Africa, 2016  

Main: Roasted lamb saddle, confit potato, exotic mushrooms, minted lamb jus

wine: 125ml Malbec, Trapiche, Melodias, Mendoza, Argentina, 2017  

Feast on 3 meaty courses with paired wines as our Head Chef guides you through each course.

The evening will be priced at £55pp.
