We’d recommend starting with an amuse bouche of Truffle arancini with confit garlic aioli, a starter of Hand dived Isle of Mull king scallops, and for the main event our 600g Aberdeen Angus Hereford cross Chateaubriand to share served with truffle chips, honey roast winter vegetables, béarnaise & peppercorn sauce. If you have any room left, finish the night on a high with out Dark & White chocolate mousse, kirsch & black cherry sorbet!
