Blossom City 2017

This spring is all about D&D’s Blossom City campaign, so our Executive Head Chef has created some special botanical-themed dishes, including crab and pink grapefruit salad with apple blossom and spiced duck with fennel, blood orange and pomegranate.

Our Head Sommelier, Mauro Pirovano, has put together a list of 7 floral wines for you to discover. These wines will be available to enjoy with your meal in our restaurant or outside on our Botanical Garden themed terrace during lunch!
