Glorious game season is upon us with the first grouse shoots of the season on the horizon. We will be offering the freshest, most delicious seasonal game on the menu at New St. Grill, beginning with grouse and followed by a selection of venison, partridge, pigeon. From 15th August, indulge in venison wellington with truffle mash and red wine jus for £36 or classic whole roasted grouse, served on sourdough with game chips and bread sauce for £30.
