For New Street Grill head chef Lawrence Keogh, it's all about the meat. Our main beef supplier is Stephen at Turton’s Farm in Devon, who rears the Black Aberdeen Angus beef that features principally on our menu. Only after a vigorous selection process is the beef allowed to be dry-aged. Stephen also farms our rare breed Heritage pigs using Middlewhite, Gloucestershire Old Spot and other breeds. These offerings can be found alongside sustainable day-boat fish and shellfish caught from our coasts, as well as vegetarian options. Our award-winning wine list, overseen by head sommelier Carlos Pinto, contains over 350 references with a focus on red wines with a hearty and meaty profile. The list includes a specific Krug Champagne collection, a listing of the best vintage of Bordeaux back to 1959 including 1982, 1988, 1989 and 1990 and a special collection of back vintage Domaine Huet, the world famous Vouvray producer in the Loire Valley (up to the 1919 vintage).
